The AFA Foundation supports the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors, individual members, and our wider fraternal communities. It is the mission of the AFA Foundation to secure, invest, and distribute the necessary resources to support the educational objectives of AFA, other relevant research, scholarships, and educational programming that furthers the fraternity/sorority advising profession.
Since its founding in 1992, the AFA Foundation has raised over $3.1 million in support of creating stronger, better resourced fraternity and sorority professionals that have the opportunity to create meaningful pathways for student success. Over 450 individuals have directly benefitted from scholarships to our flagship professional development experience, the AFA Annual Meeting. In the life of the foundation, over 8,000 individuals have benefitted from a program directly funded in part or in full by the AFA Foundation.
Over the next few days, we invite you to join us for the AFA Foundation 1,976 Minutes of Giving campaign. The past few years, the role of the AFA Foundation in the success of our professional community has become even more clear. Immediate access to cutting-edge professional development, supported by the infrastructure that is designed to set our colleagues up for success from Day 1 of their work, is absolutely necessary for our continued success.
Join us in giving in support of helping fraternity and sorority professionals to be the very best they can be.

"Our profession is both challenging and rewarding, with no shortage of constituents, expectations, and outcomes to balance. The Association has become my trusted source for learning, connecting, and growing with colleagues from a wide range of campuses and organizations. My contribution to "Elevate the Standard" reflects my commitment to ensuring the Association has the resources it needs to support our members and communities well into the future.”

“I am very thankful for the generous support from the AFA Foundation in receiving my CSAED-FSL Specialty Certification. As a professional who took a non-traditional route in my career, the certification has been an excellent way to prove my expertise, identify areas I can improve, and increase my motivation to stay current on the latest educational opportunities in the field. The support from the foundation was invaluable, and I might not have pursued this opportunity without it.”
